At MEVO, one of the key discussions centered around the need for greater transparency in the cultivated meat ecosystem. Startups often hesitate to share consumer insights, limiting the potential for collective growth. As a step towards giving back to the community, Biokraft Foods has made this report publicly available to benefit researchers, policymakers, food industry leaders, and consumers alike.
